REPUBLIC ACTS
REPUBLIC
ACT NO. 114
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION SIX HUNDRED
SEVENTY-ONE SUBSECTION (h) OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND
ELEVEN AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
Section 1. Section six hundred and seventy-one,
subsection (h) of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:"Sec. 671.
Persons embraced in unclassified service. — The following officers and
employees constitute the unclassified service:
"(h) All
laborers whether emergency, seasonal, or permanent, irrespective of
salaries."
