AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION FIFTEEN OF
COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY AUTHORIZING THE CITY
OF SAN PABLO TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A TELEPHONE SYSTEM
|

"(mm-1).
To provide for the establishment and maintenance of a telephone system,
and, subject to the provisions of the Public Service Law, to fix the
charges for the use of said service."
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 14, 1947.
