SUBJECT
: PREPARATION
OF TYPEWRITTEN DECISIONS, RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS, WRITS, PROCESSES AND
OTHER
OFFICIAL PAPERS.
In order to
achieve
responsible and economical consumption of supplies and materials as
well
as efficient utilization of time and effort, effective immediately, all
Justices of the Court of Appeals and all Judges of the Court of Tax
Appeals,
Courts of Agrarian Relations, Courts of First Instance, Circuit
Criminal
Courts, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, City Courts and
Municipal
Courts are hereby directed [1] to require all decisions, judgments,
resolutions
and orders prepared by them as well as all writs and processes issued
under
the seal of their respective courts to be typed single-spaced; and [2]
to prescribe appropriate measures to implement the intent and
provisions
of this Circular and to see to the strict compliance therewith by all
their
