SUBJECT:
GUIDELINES FOR ALLOCATING THE LEGAL FEES COLLECTED UNDER SECTION 7(a)
and
(d), AND SECTION 8(a) and (b), RULE 141 OF THE RULES OF COURT, AS
AMENDED,
PURSUANT TO ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 11-94 DATED JUNE 28, 1994.
Pursuant to
the amendments
to Section 7(a) and (d) and Sec. 8(a) and (b), Rule 141, Rules of
Court,
effective August 1, 1994, in view of the expanded jurisdiction of the
lower
courts under R. A. No. 7611, the following guidelines for allocating
the
legal fees collected under said rule between the General Fund and the
Judiciary
Development Fund are hereby issued:
