SUBJECT:
MANDATORY CONTINUOUS TRIAL IN ALL COURTS.
A
significant decongestion
of dockets has been observed in courts conducting mandatory continuous
trial. This is a positive indication of the success of the system
envisioned
under Administrative Circular No. 4.cralaw
For this
reason,
beginning February 15, 1990, all trial courts in the Philippines shall
adopt the mandatory continuous trial system pursuant to Administrative
Circular No. 4 of this Court dated September 22, 1988 and Circular No.
1-89 dated January 19, 1989.cralaw
