SUBJECT: CREATION OF THE JUDICIARY PLANNING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OFFICE [JPDIO]. You are
hereby advised
that the Judiciary Planning Development and Implementation Office
[JPDIO]
has been created which is mainly charged with the formulation of plans,
project and programs for submission to, consideration and approval of,
the Court to improve the administration to justice. To attain the
fundamental
objectives, a group of experts has been organized and appointed by the
Chief Justice called the Judicial Planning and Implementing Panel,
composed
of the following: Co-Chairman - Hugo E. Gutierrez, Jr., Associate Justice - Supreme Court Vice-Chairman - Cecilia Munoz Palma, Retired Supreme Court Justice and President, Constitutional Commission of 1986 Consultant - Guillermo S. Santos, Retired Supreme Court Justice Consultant
and National
Coordinator - Oscar R. Victoriano, Retired Presiding Justice -Court of
Appeals Dean Rodolfo C. Palma - Judicial & Bar Council Hon. Ofelia Calcetas-Santos - Judicial & Bar Council Dr. Leon M. Garcia - Judicial & Bar Council Meynardo A. Tiro - Court Administrator Judge Manuel Calanog, Jr. - President, PJA Judge Andres Reyes, Jr. - President, Metropolitan Trial Court Judge’s Association Judge Danilo A. all the needed assistance and cooperation to any and all members of the
panel such as, but not limited to, allowing access to Court records,
providing
information on status of court cases, submitting requested reports, etc.
