SUBJECT: AGRARIAN REFORM CODE. The Court reiterates to all trial court judges the need for a careful consideration of the proper application of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law [RA 6657] to avoid conflict of jurisdiction with the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Boards. The trial court judges are directed to take note of the rulings in Vda. de Tangub vs. Court of Appeals, 191 SCRA 885 and Quismundo vs. Court of Appeals, 201 SCRA 609.
