ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 304

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 304 - CREATING A FACT-FINDING COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO THE ALLEGATIONS CONTAINED IN THE PRIVILEGE SPEECH OF SENATE PRESIDENT ERNESTO M. MACEDA

There is hereby created a Fact-Finding Committee to look into and investigate the allegations contained in the privilege speech of Senate President Ernesto M. Maceda delivered on November 29, 1996.

The Fact-Finding Committee shall be composed of the following:

Chairman — Secretary, Department of Budget and
Management

Members — Secretary, Department of Environment and
Natural Resources

— Chairman, Housing and Urban Development
Coordinating Council

Within thirty (30) days from issuance of this Order, the Fact-Finding Committee shall submit to the Office of the President, thru the Office of the Executive Secretary, the Committee's initial progress report.

Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of December in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-six.
