ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 68

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 68 - AMENDING Sec. 4 SUBPARAGRAPH (C) OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 141, DATED AUGUST 17, 1994

I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the amendment of Sec. 4 (c) of Administrative Order No. 141, dated August 17, 1994, to read as follows:

"Sec. 4 (a) . . .

(b) . . .

(c) Properties or assets, contracts or agreements, causes or rights of action, or other insurable interests of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police shall not be bound by this Administrative Order, but may, otherwise, be insured with or bonded by the GSIS if so desired or when circumstances so warrant."

Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Nine.
