It is conceded by many experts that the insurance aspect of the Millennium Bug is still undefined, this event not having occurred before.  Consequently, first party, liability or other forms of insurance may be resorted to.  But legal advice becomes necessary because of the complexity of the problem and the gray areas where losses and other insurable concerns deserve to be covered.
