BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 269 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE BUGO BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN REMIGIO, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUGO NATIONAL SCHOOL



Section 1. The Bugo Barangay High School in the Municipality of San Remigio, Province of Antique, is converted into a national school, to be known as the Bugo National School.  

Sec. 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act.

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
