BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 29 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF JACOB LAYA GENERAL HOSPITAL, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION ONE AND THE TITLE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY



Section 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Sixty-five hundred and eighty is hereby amended to read as follows: 

"Section 1. The Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Central Ilocos Sur General Hospital. This Hospital shall have a fifty bed capacity."

Sec. 2. The title of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:

"An Act converting Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur into a fifty bed capacity General Hospital and authorizing the appropriation of funds therefor."

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved: April 20, 1979.
