| BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 425 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE JAMINDAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
JAMINDAN, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL |
| SECTION
1. The Jamindan Barangay High School in the
Municipality of Jamindan, Province of Capiz, is hereby converted into a
national high school to be known as the Jamindan National High School. SECTION 2. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion and operation of said school and the immediate implementation of this Act. SECTION 3. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 10, 1983 |
