| BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 434 - AN ACT
INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE PUERTO PRINCESA HOSPITAL IN THE CITY
OF PUERTO PRINCESA AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR |
| SECTION
1. The bed capacity of the Puerto Princesa Hospital
in the City of Puerto Princesa is hereby increased to one hundred
twenty-five beds. SECTION 2. Such amount as may be determined by the Minister of the Budget necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged to the appropriations of the Ministry of Health authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 10, 1983. |
