Publishing Company was established in 1991
by the partners of Chan Robles &
Associates
Law Firm. Since that time, it has produced
several books of legal significance in the Philippine legal scene. The
first books (see below) in the Philippines in CD-ROM format were produced and
published
by this firm. It endeavors to extensively promote electronic publishing
in the country in preparation for the challenges of the oncoming 21st
