ACTIVITIES: Nomination of official candidates for Senators, Member of the House of Representatives, elective regional officials of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) elective provincial, city and municipal officials.

ACTIVITIES: Period for filing of certificates of candidacy for all elective positions

ACTIVITIES: ELECTION PERIOD

PROHIBITED ACTS: (1) Bearing, carrying or transporting of firearms/deadly weapons, including wearing of uniforms, Insignias, etc.; (2) Transfer of detail of officers and employees in the civil service, including public school teachers; (3) Organizing or maintaining reaction/strike forces or similar forces; (4) Use of security personnel or bodyguards by candidates, whether or not such bodyguards are regular members or officers of the PNP or AFP or other law enforcement agency; (5) Suspension of any elective regional, provincial, city municipal or barangay officials.

The Director, Education and Information Department, this Commission, shall cause the Immediate publication of this resolution publication of this in two (2) daily newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and shall furnish copies thereof to all heads of registered national political parties, Regional Election Directors, Provincial Election Supervisors, Election Officers and all Departments, Bureaus, Officers and all Agencies deputized by the Commission.

Let the Executive Directors coordinate the implementation of this Resolution.
