This pertains
to the amendment of Comelec Resolution No. 3341 re: Posters on the
Calendar
of Activities and Election Bans relative to the May 14, 2001 National
and
Local Elections with respect to the dispositive portion No. 2 which
reads
as follows:chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary
"Considering are foregoing, the Commission, after due deliberation, RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES:chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary "1. x x x "2. to authorize the printing of Three hundred Thousand (300,000) copies each poster (Calendar of Activities and Election Bans), subject to the availability of funds and COA rules and regulations. "x x x."
the Commission,
after due deliberation, RESOLVED as it hereby RESOLVES to AMEND the
above-quoted
portion of Resolution No. 3341, to now read as follows:chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary
"Considering the foregoing, the Commission, after due deliberation, RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES:chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary "1. x x x "2. to authorize the printing of Three Hundred Thousand (300,000) copies each poster (Calendar of Activities and Election Bans) in four (4) colors, subject to the availability of funds and COA rules and regulations. "x x x."
Let the Education
and Information and the Administrative Services Departments accordingly
implement this resolution.
