E S O L U T I O N
MELENCIO-HERRERA, J.:
Treating the
Letter-Query filed on July 22, 1980
by Atty. Felizardo Moreno, petitioner's counsel, as a Motion for
Reconsideration,
and granting the same, the dispositive portion of our Decision,
promulgated
on June 25, 1980, is hereby amended to read as follows:
WHEREFORE, the judgment of the Workmen's
Compensation
of March 5, 1976 is set aside, and the original award of the Acting
Referee
dated December 17, 1974, is hereby reinstated, with the modification
that
Atty. Felizardo R. Moreno shall be entitled to the sum of P600.00 as
attorney's
fees.
