2. In line with the forthcoming national and local elections set on May 14, 2001, we are furnishing you a copy of COMELEC Resolution Number 3328 dealing on the above subject for your information/reference/guidance/compliance.

3. All heads of units/offices shall disseminate the contents of said COMELEC Resolution to their respective personnel and ensure compliance therewith by all concerned.
