THE COURTS OF FIRST INSTANCE, CIRCUIT CRIMINAL COURTS, COURTS OF
AGRARIAN
RELATIONS, COURTS OF TAX APPEALS AND JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS
COURTS.
In view of the ruling
of the Commissioner of Civil Service contained in his 1st Indorsement
dated
November 7, 1970, regarding the proper interpretation of Section 4 of
Civil
Service Rule XV, to the effect that presidential appointees including
the
Clerks of Court are not required to keep daily time records of their
attendance,
the above-named officials are required to submit, in lieu of daily time
records, a certification of service in the following form:chanrobles virtual law library
