EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 377 - FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 212 DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1970, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 240 DATED JUNE 25, 1970, CREATING THE NATIONAL ARTIFICIAL RAIN STIMULATION COMMITTEE

I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further amend Executive Order No. 212 dated February 17, 1970, as amended by Executive Order No. 240 dated June 25, 1970, creating the National Artificial Rain Stimulation Committee by replacing the Administrator of the National Irrigation Administration as Vice-Chairman of said Committee and making Mr. Edgardo F. Q. Yap, an incumbent member, as Vice-Chairman thereof. 

Done in the City of Manila, this 29th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-two.
