RECONSTITUTING THE COMMISSION CREATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 341
DATED OCTOBER 4, 1971, ENTITLED “CREATING THE PRESIDENTIAL
INVESTIGATION AND RECOVERY COMMISSION”
