virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS,
President of the Philippines, do hereby further amend Executive Order
No. 70 dated May 28, 1967, as amended by Executive Order No. 218 dated
March 21, 1970, to read as follows: “The following functions of the Office of the President are likewise hereby transferred or relinquished to the needs of departments, offices or entities as indicated hereunder, in addition to those enumerated in Executive Order No. 70: xxx xxx xxx “22.
Classification of Delegated to the roads under Republic Secretary of
Act No. 917 Public Highways.
