LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 24
TO :
The Secretary of Agriculture & Natural Resources
In order to facilitate the implementation of the program of reform of
the government and to speed up the present drive to weed out the
undesirable public officials and employees, you are hereby directed to
take the following actions with respect to your letter to the President
dated, October 4, 1972, recommending disciplinary action against 220
officials of the Bureau of Lands and the Bureau of Forestry.
You shall:
1.
Dismiss the 35 officials and employees of the
Bureau of Lands and the 51 officials and employees of the Bureau of
Forestry, included in the list headed by Isagani Sabiniano, in
accordance with your recommendations.
2. Consider as
resigned the 27 officials of the
Bureau of Lands, included in the list headed by Monti Macatbar, also in
accordance with your recommendation.
3. Retire the
57 employees of the Bureau of Lands
included in the list headed by Armando Azul, also in accordance with
your recommendation.
Immediate implementation of this Order is desired.
