AND MUNICIPAL COURTS
SUBJECT:
SUBMISSION OF LIST OF CASES INVOLVING HIJACKING AND KIDNAPPING FOR
RANSOM.
Quoted
hereunder
is the body of the letter of the Commanding General, Headquarters,
Criminal
Investigation Service, PC, Camp Crame, Quezon City dated May 29, 1978,
which reads as follows:
"The
National Intelligence
Board of which I am member, it is the process of compiling cases
involving
Hijacking and Kidnap for Ransom Cases.
"The Board
will appreciate
it very much if your good office will favor us with a list of the
abovementioned
cases filed in courts from 1972 to date, to include their status.
"Anticipating
your
preferential attention on the matter."
IN VIEW
HEREOF, you
are hereby directed to accomplish and submit to this Court, within
fifteen
(15) days from receipt hereof, the aforesaid list of cases.
Compliance herewith
is strictly enjoined.
