SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF LOW CAR PLATE NUMBERS. Pursuant to a verbal communication for His Excellency President and Prime Minister Ferdinand E. Marcos, thru Minister Jacobo C. Clave, please be informed that the Justices, Judges and other officials of the Judiciary concerned are exempted from the provisions of Executive Order No. 505 of the Office of the President dated June 9, 1978. Minister Clave will issue the implementing order to Commissioner Romeo Edu of the Land Transportation Commission. Memorandum Circular No. 6 dated July 11, 1978, is hereby revoked accordingly.
