DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS, COURTS OF AGRARIAN RELATIONS, CITY COURTS
AND
MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT COURTS
SUBJECT : PROPER
HANDLING OF TRUST LIABILITIES.
In line with
the
fiduciary concept that mandates the utmost care and meticulous
attention
in the safeguarding of Judiciary Funds, all Judges of the Courts of
First
Instance, Circuit Criminal Courts, Juvenile and Domestic Relations
Courts,
Courts of Agrarian Relations, City Courts and Municipal Circuit Courts,
are required to abide strictly by the terms of Memorandum Circular No.
5 issued on October 6, 1980, by then Court Administrator, now Justice
Lorenzo
Relova. A copy of such Memorandum Circular is herewith enclosed.
