IN METRO MANILA
SUBJECT: LETTER OF CHIEF STATE PROSECUTOR JUAN A. SISON DATED FEBRUARY 15, 1979, REQUESTING FOR PREFERENTIAL ATTENTION TO ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT AND ALLIED CASES IN THE COURTS OF FIRST INSTANCE AND IN THE CITY COURTS IN METRO MANILA. In connection with the Government's drive against the mounting of illegal labor recruiters preying upon the poor working men, all Judges concerned in the Metro Manila area are hereby directed to give preferential attention to illegal recruitment and allied cases pending in their respective Courts, with the end view of expediting the final disposition of said cases. Strict compliance with this Memorandum Circular is hereby enjoined. February 27, 1979.
