MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16 -
FURTHER RECONSTITUTING THE COMMITTEE ON NEGOTIATED CONTRACT UNDER
EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 323, DATED JUNE 18, 1971
The Committee on Negotiated Contracts under
Executive Order No. 323, dated June 18, 1971, is hereby further
reconstituted, as follows:
Minister
of General Services
Chairman of the Commission
Executive Secretary or His Duly
The provisions of Executive Order No. 323, dated June 18, 1971 insofar as they are inconsistent with this Memorandum Circular are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. All laws, orders, issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Memorandum Circular are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
