SUSPENDING REGULAR WORKING HOURS IN GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE OFFICES IN
METRO MANILA ON OCTOBER 6, 1986
In view of strong winds and rain brought
about by Typhoon "Oyang" which rendered streets impassable, regular
working hours in government and private offices in Metro Manila on
October 6, 1986 are hereby suspended.
