MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 24 - AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 11TH NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PARTICIPANTS, INC. (PATAP)

In line with the administration's policy of consultation and the need to reexamine the size of the government bureaucracy, the Philippine Association of Technical Assistance Participants, Inc. (PATAP) will hold the 11th National Conference on the theme "Streamlining the Bureaucracy" on February 18 and 19, 1993 at the Medical Arts Building Hall of the Philippine Heart Center, East Avenue, Quezon City.

All government officials and employees who are PATAP members are hereby authorized to attend the Conference on official time only as an exception to Administrative Order No. 265, dated January 31, 1992.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a complete report on their attendance in the Conference. Likewise, within fifteen days after the Conference, the organizer shall submit to this Office a report and evaluation of the said Conference, including a list of participants from the government sector; indicating their respective offices, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission.
