MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 6 -
REQUIRING ALL HEADS OF GOVERNMENT OWNED AND/OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS
TO SUBMIT COMPLETE INFORMATION ON THE COMPENSATION BENEFITS OF
MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD IN THEIR RESPECTIVE
OFFICES
For the information and guidance of the
Office of the President, all heads of government owned and/or
controlled corporations are required to submit to this Office within
one (1) week from receipt hereof, a detailed information on total
compensation, including allowances and other benefits (in cash or in
kind) being received by management officials and members of the
corporation. Since 19.07.98.
For purposes of uniformity, the required information should be
submitted in accordance with the attached form.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
