MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 6 -
REVOKING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 954, DATED JANUARY 26, 1977
Memorandum Circular No. 954, dated January
26, 1977, requiring government officials and employees authorized to
travel abroad to attend a pre-departure orientation course/seminar, is
hereby revoked. Since 19.07.98.
This circular takes effect immediately.
