MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 82-A -
RE-AFFIRMING THE PROVISIONS ON THE STRENGTHENING OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS
AS CONTAINED IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF 1987 AND AS CIRCULARIZED
PURSUANT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 82
Upon the effectivity of Executive Order No.
292, the "Administrative Code of 1987", as amended, as declared under
Proclamation No. 495, "Declaring The Effectivity of Executive Order No.
292, The 'Administrative Code of 1987', As Amended", the general
provisions of the Administrative Code of 1987 as regards the
strengthening of regional operations, as well as the guidelines
therefor, as circularized pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 82 dated
October 24, 1988 are hereby re-affirmed and compliance therewith is
enjoined.
