OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF ALL COURTS IN THE GREATER MANILA AREA
SUBJECT: REVISED SCHEDULE OF WORKING HOURS. In line with the
laudable purpose of conserving fuel and energy resources in conformity
with Presidential General Order No. 40 dated November 10, 1973, all
Courts
in the Greater Manila Area shall observe a five-day forty-hour week
schedule
as follows:
1. Manila
Court offices and units
which deal directly with the public, like receiving and process-serving
units of each Court, shall have a skeleton force to work on Saturday,
from

units may effectively serve the public. The Judges of these Courts
shall
inform those assigned to work on Saturday of their assignment three (3)
days in advance. An employee so assigned shall have a full day off the
following week, on a day to be specified by the Judge of the Court
concerned.
