- APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE
REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN
HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

| WHEREAS, it
is necessary for the operation of the Government of the Republic of the
Philippines that funds be appropriated for the purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081, dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1, dated September 22, 1972, as amended, and for the continuous operation of the Government, do hereby issue this decree. Section 1. Appropriation of funds. — The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation of the government of the Republic of the Philippines during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and seventy-three to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and seventy four except where otherwise specifically provided: Section 2. Effective date. — This Decree which shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and seventy-three, except where otherwise provided, shall form part of the Law of the land. Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-three. |
