Pursuant to the provisions
of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and forty-eight, Philippine Commission,
entitled "An Act to Regulate the Use of Public Forests and Forest
Reserves
in the Philippine Islands", I hereby reserve and set apart for
public
forest purposes and designate as a forest reserve within the meaning of
said Act the following-described parcel of public domain in the barrio
of Malinao, municipality of Atimonan, Province of Tayabas, Island of
Luzon,
