are engaged in the trial of cases, and in a number of instances, filing
of briefs in the Court of Appeals and petitioners for certiorari in the
Supreme Court. Also in a few other cases which required

studies and research. As a consequence of our practice, we have
to
make researches for the preparation of our pleadings, memoranda
and
briefs. Atty. Romulo Borja, our partner, is Dean of Xavier
University
