Section 1.     Item (21), page 208, Title (A) of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen is amended to read as follows:   

"(21)    Dumangas Municipal Building,
    Iloilo    P20,000

"(21a)    Dumangas Public Market, Iloilo      40,000

"(21b)    Dumangas Public Plaza or Park,
    Iloilo      20,000."

Sec. 2.     This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
