REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3150 - AN ACT
CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE
PROVINCE OF QUEZON, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE Sec. SIXTEEN HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

| Section 1. Section
sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended,
relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province
of Quezon, is further amended to read as follows: "Quezon,
five assistant provincial fiscals;"
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval Approved: June 17, 1961 |
