CONVERTING THE CALBAYOG CITY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG
INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CALBAYOG CITY GENERAL
HOSPITAL

| Section 1. The Calbayog
City Emergency Hospital in the City of Calbayog is converted into a
general hospital to be known as the Calbayog City General Hospital. Sec. 2. The operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 17, 1961 |
