AMEND REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE, ENTITLED "AN
ACT GRANTING THE TAGUM AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., A
TEMPORARY PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE PRIVATE FIXED
POINT-TO-POINT AND LAND-BASED RADIO STATIONS FOR THE RECEPTION AND
TRANSMISSION OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES"

| Section 1. Section six
of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred forty-five is hereby
repealed. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 17, 1961 |
