REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3280 - AN ACT TO
AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND
ONE

1. Items (a) and (d) under Group IV, for the Province
of Cebu page 341, paragraph c, Section two of Republic Act Numbered
Twenty-seven hundred and one is hereby amended to read as
follows: "(a) For the construction, repair and/or improvement of provincial, municipal and/or barrio roads and other public works projects situated in the Municipality of Sibonga, Cebu P40,000.00 "(d) For the construction, repair and/or improvement of provincial, municipal and/or barrio roads and other public works projects situated in the Municipality of Alcoy, Cebu 30,000.00." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961. |
