REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3291 - AN ACT TO
AMEND Sec. ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO

1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen
hundred twenty-two is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. The sum of ten thousand pesos appropriated in item (19), page one hundred eighty-three, subparagraph "ab", for the City of Manila, paragraph 4, title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby reappropriated for the following purposes: "(1) Sta. Clara Street Asphalting from Lamayan to Havana P6,000.00 "(2) Eden Street — from Herran to Rennaisance Improvement 2,000.00 "(3) La Torre Street — from Calderon to M. Roxas Improvement 2,000.00" Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961. |
