REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS APPROPRIATED IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED

Sixteen hundred thirteen under: 1. Item (b), group IV, page 79, subparagraph (28) for the City of Manila, paragraph "f", Section two, for Social Welfare Administration Building, Central Street, Pandacan — Aid for construction P10,000.00 2. Item (p), group IV, page 80 subparagraph (28) for the City of Manila, paragraph "f", Section two, for Dart Extension — Asphalt paving from Oregon to Sison Street 7,000.00 3. Item 18, for the City of Manila, page 202, paragraph, "g", Section two, for — Public Improvements, 4th District 5,000.00 4. Item 23 for the City of Manila, page 203, paragraph "g", Section two, for — Asphalting of Enriquez Street from Singalong Street to Dart Street, Malate 11,000.00 5. Item 29, for the City of Manila, page 203, paragraph "g", Section two, for — Asphalting of A. Flores Street from A. Mabini street to Nebraska Street, Ermita 4,000.00 6. Project No. B-004.13 for the City of Manila, page 850-A, Title B-Highways (Feeder and Secondary Roads), Appendix A, for — Estero de Sta. Clara, Del Pan Street: GR|20.00|10.00|10.00|-|-|-|d| 10.00|-|3|- 7. Project No. B-004.41, for the City of Manila, page 854-A, Title B-Highways (Feeder and Secondary Roads), Appendix A, for — Dart Street: From Oregon to Looban- GR|15.00|8.00|8.00|-|-|-|-|7.00|-|-|-|Improvement totalling fifty-five thousand pesos, are hereby reappropriated, for the following purposes: 1. Intramuros Health Center, Sta. Potenciana, corner General Luna Street — Construction P20,000.00 2. All streets in Fabie Estate, Paco and Sta. Ana districts — Construction and asphalt paving 35,000.00 Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961. |
