REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3301 - AN ACT
REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS APPROPRIATED IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED
SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN

| Section
1. The sums appropriated in Priorities Numbered 50,
52, 60 and 61, page 58-B, group II, for the Province of Leyte, appendix
B of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, to wit: "50 Bato Katipunan Construction P2,000.00 "52 Bato Tabunoc Construction 2,000.00 "60 Bato Mabini Construction 2,000.00 "61 Bato Naga Construction 2,000.00 totalling eight thousand pesos, are hereby reappropriated, for the construction and/or improvement of the Central School in the Municipality of Bato, Province of Leyte. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961. |
