AMEND A CERTAIN ITEM IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND
ONE Section 1. Item (h), sub-paragraph Cebu III, page 340,
Sec. 2-c, Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and one is
hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
