REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3313 - AN ACT
AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED

1. Items (a) and (b), paragraph 34, for the Province
of Nueva Vizcaya, page 946, Title G, Section three of Republic Act
Numbered Nineteen hundred, are hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) Various Communal Irrigation Systems, Solano Improvement and construction including the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams P20,000.00 "(b) Busilac Communal Irrigation System, Bayombong 5,000.00 "(b-1) Various Communal Irrigation Systems, Bayombong Improvement and construction including the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams 20,000.00 "(b-2) Magat-La Torre-Wakal- Uddiwan-Bintawan Irrigation Systems, Bayombong Improvement and construction including the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams 25,000.00" Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961. |
