REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3328 - AN ACT
AMENDING Sec. ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE

1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen
hundred ninety-five is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a national agricultural school in any of the following municipalities: Pagbilao, Tayabas, Mauban, and Lucban, Province of Quezon. The site for the said institution shall be in a public land of any of said municipalities, which is hereby set aside for this purpose, to be determined by the said Director in consultation with the Director of Lands." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961. |
