REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3339 - AN ACT
CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE
PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE Sec. SIXTEEN HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

| Section
1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred
seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative
to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of
Palawan, is further amended to read as follows: "Palawan, two assistant provincial fiscals." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961. |
